Spa Policies...

RESERVATIONS: Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. For parties of five or more are required to put a 50% payment up front. Gift certificates must be presented upon check-in/arrival.

GIFT CERTIFICATES may be redeemed for services or retail and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A gift certificate may not be purchased in conjunction with any special offers. Gift Certificates expire one year after purchase.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY: We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation for all spa services. No shows will be charged full price and gift certificates will be invalid.

LATE ARRIVALS: We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services time & will be responsible for full service fee.

CELL PHONES & PAGERS: Out of consideration for Brickerton Day Spa guests, please turn all phones and pagers off in Spa areas.

CHILDREN: Children are not permitted in service area unless they are receiving spa services.

SPA INFORMATION: We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are a first time client a profile will be completed prior to service.
